What you can expect from the app, and what it expects of you.

Using the app
MyGoldWorth is provided for you to record and value metal you own. You are responsible for what you enter and for the decisions you take on the back of it.
Do not use the app to break the law where you are, including the rules that govern dealing in precious metal and second-hand goods.
Your data is yours
The inventory you enter belongs to you. No ownership of it is claimed, and it is not used for any purpose beyond running the app for you.
What is not promised
The app is provided as it is. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and prices reach it from a third-party feed that can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable.
Nothing here is a promise that a piece will sell for any particular figure, or that a price shown is what a buyer will pay.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, MyGoldWorth is not liable for losses arising from using it — including money lost on a purchase or a sale made after consulting it.
MyGoldWorth Pro
Most of the app is free. Pro lifts the limits on how much stock and how many bins you can keep, and unlocks spreadsheet import, the profit tools and price alerts. What each plan includes is shown in the app before you pay.
It is sold by Apple or by Google, not by us. They take the payment, they hold the card, and the subscription renews at the price shown until you cancel it. Cancelling is done in the App Store or in Google Play, and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep everything until then.
Refunds are theirs to give, under their own policies, and are asked for through the store rather than through us.
If you stop subscribing while holding more stock than the free plan keeps, anything above the limit may be removed after 15 days. You are warned before that period starts and again while it runs, and renewing at any point during it keeps everything.
Ending it
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. Access may be withdrawn where the app is being used unlawfully.
