Deleting your MyGoldWorth account

How to remove your account and everything stored with it.

From inside the app

Open MyGoldWorth, go to the Settings tab, and tap Delete account. Confirm when asked.

This removes your account and everything held under it: every purchase, piece, sale, marketplace listing, storage bin and photo. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

A lost phone, or a device that will not start, should not stand between you and this. Email support@sahapps.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted, and the same deletion is carried out for you.

You will get confirmation once it is done.

What is kept afterwards

Nothing. There is no copy of your inventory or your photographs held back, and no archive to restore from.

Crash reports and anonymous usage counts, which are not linked to your inventory and cannot be traced back to you, age out on the retention schedule Firebase applies to them.
