MyGoldWorth support
How to get help, and what to try first.

Get in touch
Email support@sahapps.com. Say what you were doing and what happened instead, and include the phone you were on โ that is usually enough to find the problem without a second exchange.
Every message is read by a person. You will get a reply within two working days.
A price looks wrong
MyGoldWorth values your inventory against international spot prices, converted to your currency. That is deliberately not the same number a local dealer or jeweller quotes: their price carries premiums, refining margins, duties and taxes on top of, or below, the metal itself.
Check the Markets tab for when the price was last updated. If it has not moved for several hours, close the app fully and reopen it.
Your profit is not what you expected
Profit is worked out against what a piece cost you, not against what the whole lot cost. When several pieces are bought for one total price, that price is split across them by relative melt value, so each one carries a realistic share.
You can set a cost by hand on any piece. Open it, tap Edit purchase price, and enter the figure you want used.
A spreadsheet import went wrong
Nothing is added to your inventory until you approve the mapping, and an import can be undone from the Imports tab afterwards.
If the columns were read wrongly, correct them on the review screen before importing. Only your column headings and a few sample rows are ever read โ never the whole file.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
MyGoldWorth Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Manage or cancel it in your store account: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store, Payments and subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: play.google.com/store/account.
If you paid on one phone and Pro has not appeared on another, sign in to the same MyGoldWorth account on both. The subscription follows the account, not the handset.
Deleting your account
Settings, then Delete account, removes everything held under it. The full description is on the account deletion page.
